🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

We care about your satisfaction! If you're not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange it under the following conditions:

 

🔁 Eligibility for Return/Exchange

Return or exchange must be requested within 2 days of receiving the order.

The item must be:

• Unworn, unused, and unwashed
• In its original packaging with all tags intact
• Accompanied by a 360° unpacking video clearly showing the condition of the item when unboxed

Returns or exchanges without the video proof will not be accepted.

 

📹 360° Unboxing Video Requirement

Record a 360° video while opening the package for the first time.

Ensure:

• The video starts before the seal is broken
• The entire product is visible and handled in the video
• No cuts, pauses, or edits — continuous footage only

This helps us verify product condition and ensures a fair process for both parties.

 

❌ Items Not Eligible

• Products returned after 2 days of delivery
• Items without proper video proof
• Damaged, used, or altered items
• Sale or clearance items (non-returnable unless defective)

 

📦 How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email us at amyrasclosett@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery with:

• Your Order Number
• The 360° unboxing video
• Reason for return or exchange

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.

 

💰 Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
